FAQs

1.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the UK.

2.

What rum is used in your cakes?

We celebrate all things Caribbean so it's only right that we'd celebrate the rum in our cakes too. You’ll never have to question what rum was used….just how much (jk it will be on the label)! We are proud to have partnered with Chairman’s Reserve of St. Lucia. Our rum cakes are made with Chairman's Reserve Original and Spiced. Our fruit cakes are also made with Chairman's Reserve Original and Spiced rums. The fruits have been soaking for over a year in Chairman's Reserve OriginalSpiced and White Label rums and Soggy Dollar Dark rum.

3.

Why am I being asked to input more information after I’ve made an order?

We’re doing our part by acting accordingly so you can nyam responsibly! Surprise, surprise, there’s rum in our cakes! With that said, the selling of alcohol to anyone under 18 is against the law, so we have integrated an age verification software that upon purchase of one of our rum-based products; runs a simple check to confirm you are of legal age.

4.

All orders are sent out for despatch ONCE a week via Royal Mail and are fully tracked so you'll receive a tracking number where you can monitor your order. Due to the ongoing pandemic, please allow for delays with our couriers.
