Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent out for despatch once a week every Wednesday. There are 2 shipping options:
1) Standard - we use Royal Mail's 2nd Class service which aims to deliver between 2-3 working days including Saturdays.
2) Expedited - we use Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service which has a next working day aim and provides email and text updates. Due to delicate nature of our tarts expedited shipping is the only option to ensure the best tart experience. Any order containing a tart will be shipped using Expedited delivery.
Both options are fully trackable and you will receive a tracking number once the order has been despatched.
ORDER + DESPATCH DATES FOR SEPTEMBER 2022
All orders made between the 29th August to 4th September will be sent out for despatch on the 7th September
All orders made between the 5th September to 11th September will be sent out for despatch on the 14th September
All orders made between the 12th September to 18th September will be sent out for despatch on the 21st September
All orders made between the 19th September to 25th September will be sent out for despatch on the 28th September
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been despatched.
We do hope that you think our products #nyamgood, however we will not accept the return of any products merely because you do not like the taste. If upon delivery the product is damaged, please Contact Us immediately for our review. We will not be liable to you in respect of any complaint concerning any aspect of any product which is not raised by you within 48 hours of delivery to you.
The colour of the actual product you see on your screen will depend on your monitor, your screen settings and resolution. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery and we cannot accept the return of any product because it does not match the colour you were expecting from viewing your screen display.
Once we provide the orders to our courier, it is their responsibility to deliver to the shipping address that has been provided to us - we cannot control any delays. We will not provide any refunds due to courier delays.
