Shipping & Returns

All orders are sent out for despatch once a week every Wednesday. There are 2 shipping options:

 

1) Standard - we use Royal Mail's 2nd Class service which aims to deliver between 2-3 working days including Saturdays.

 

2) Expedited - we use Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service which has a next working day aim and provides email and text updates. Due to delicate nature of our tarts expedited shipping is the only option to ensure the best tart experience. Any order containing a tart will be shipped using Expedited delivery.

Both options are fully trackable and you will receive a tracking number once the order has been despatched.

ORDER + DESPATCH DATES FOR NOVEMBER & DECEMBER 2023

All orders made between the 13th November to 19th November will be sent out for despatch on the 22nd November

All orders made between the 20th November to 26th November will be sent out for despatch on the 29th November

All orders made between the 27th November to 3rd December will be sent out for despatch on the 6th December

All orders made between the 4th December to 10th December​ will be sent out for despatch between the 11th to 18th December. If you would prefer for your order to be delivered near to Christmas this is the week that you should order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been despatched.

The final 2023 order date is the 10th December. We will resume fulfilling orders placed from the 8th January 2024.

RETURNS

We do hope that you think our products #nyamgood, however we will not accept the return of any products merely because you do not like the taste. If upon delivery the product is damaged, please Contact Us immediately for our review. We will not be liable to you in respect of any complaint concerning any aspect of any product which is not raised by you within 48 hours of delivery to you.


The colour of the actual product you see on your screen will depend on your monitor, your screen settings and resolution. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery and we cannot accept the return of any product because it does not match the colour you were expecting from viewing your screen display.

 Once we provide the orders to our courier, it is their responsibility to deliver to the shipping address that has been provided to us - we cannot control any delays. We will not provide any refunds due to courier delays.
