Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent out for despatch once a week every Wednesday. There are 2 shipping options:
1) Standard - we use Royal Mail's 2nd Class service which aims to deliver between 2-3 working days including Saturdays.
2) Expedited - we use Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service which has a next working day aim and provides email and text updates.
Any order containing a tart will be shipped using Expedited delivery due to this product's delicate nature. Please allow for delays with our couriers because of the ongoing pandemic.
ORDER + DESPATCH DATES FOR JANUARY 2021
Orders placed on or between the 28th December - 3rd January 2021 will be despatched on the 6th January 2021
Orders placed on or between the 4th - 10th January 2021 will be despatched on the 13th January 2021
Orders placed on or between the 11th - 17th January 2021 will be despatched on the 20th January 2021
Orders placed on or between the 18th - 24th January 2021 will be despatched on the 27th January 2021
We do hope that you think our products #nyamgood, however we will not accept the return of any products merely because you do not like the taste. If upon delivery the product is damaged, please Contact Us immediately for our review. We will not be liable to you in respect of any complaint concerning any aspect of any product which is not raised by you within 48 hours of delivery to you.
The colour of the actual product you see on your screen will depend on your monitor, your screen settings and resolution. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery and we cannot accept the return of any product because it does not match the colour you were expecting from viewing your screen display.
Once we provide the orders to our courier, it is their responsibility to deliver to the shipping address that has been provided to us - we cannot control any delays. We will not provide any refunds due to courier delays.
