We LOVE rum cake so much that we decided to create our own special day to celebrate.

Rum cakes are loved across the Caribbean and have different names and recipes by island. Some islands incorporate fruits which are soaked in rum for 1 year prior to baking for maximum flavour. Whether you call it rum cake, great cake or what ever your heart desires, join us on the 15th December 2020 as we celebrate the first ever Rum Cake Day!

Rum Cake Day was launched in 2020 by Nyammin'.  It will be celebrated on the 15th December annually. The date was selected in honour of Chanelle & Alyssa's amazing grandpa who loved to bake.
